CHEF
We are a small independent family run country pub and restaurant based on the Shropshire/Staffordshire/Cheshire border. We pride ourselves on a warm and friendly service with an excellent standard of traditional food prepared from fresh locally sourced ingredients. Running alongside our menu, we serve a very popular Sunday Carvery.
We are looking for a very proactive and hands on Chef who has a passion to deliver and also lead a small team to deliver amazing food. You will be working with a small team, but may also be required to work alone on quieter shifts. You should have strong communication skills and be a genuine all rounder.
You will already be in a chef/kitchen management role and have experience with fresh food ingredients, stock and wastage control, together with ensuring high standards of hygiene and H&S.
Hours will be over 4/5 days and a mixture of straight/split/lunchtime/evenings/weekends and will be negotiable.

We are looking for reliable bar staff to cover various shifts throughout the week. Shifts will include days/evenings/weekends. Experience not necessary, but a strong working ethic is essential.
